Over the Rainbow

Somewhere over the rainbow
way up high

Thereís a land that Iíve heard of
once in a lullaby

Somewhere over the rainbow
skies are blue

And the dreams that you dare to dream
really do come true

Someday Iíll wish upon a star and wake up
where the clouds are far behind me

Where troubles melt like lemon drops away above
the chimney tops, thatís where youíll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow
bluebirds fly

Birds fly over the rainbow
why then, oh why canít I?

If happy little bluebirds fly beyond
the rainbow why oh why canít I?

Dorothy

So, what is all this about rainbows and irises, anyway?
